Double-pipe heat exchanger is made of concentric inner and outer pipe. Cold and hot liquid respectively flows in the gap of inner pipe and sleeve pipe and changes heat at the same time. lnner pipe is used U tube to connect. Sleeve pipe is used direct pipe to connect at both ends . Structure of double pipe heat exchanger is simple and heat transmission Is large. It's easy to clean an convenient to disassemble and assemble .Flow rate is appropriate and it is possible to have a backwash .Flow rate of exchanging heat is high.   1.  It is made of imported 316L stainless steel pipe. Connection of clamp type is easily disassembled and   cleaned .
  2.  Inner pipe is φ 10 x φ 1. 5mm and outer pipe is 2”.
  3.  Electrochemical polishing of inner surface reaches Ra0.2 μ m ~ Ra0.4 μ m.
       One of outer surface reaches same effect as mirror.
  4.  Installation of pipe sect is used the mode of spring-type screw rise, fix it on center support to reduce   occupied area and make each        pipe sect have a lean degree of 5 ~ 10 with level.There is no remained liquid in inner pipe.
